【 FINE JEWELLERY & STERLING SILVER 】
RAVEN Y. warrants that RAVEN Y. branded products purchased, including online at www.raven-y.com,
are of merchantable quality, provided they are subject to normal use.
We will cover the repairman labour cost for broken chain or product issue, in accordance with the provisions of this warranty policy, any RAVEN Y. branded products within one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover
• any material cost (diamond, gemstone or gold used)
• scratches that come with normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident
• any modification to your product done by a third party outside of RAVEN Y.
• improper use or storage of your product and/or failure to follow the Jewellery Care advice.
The eligibility of this warranty is determined upon receipt and inspection of the product. If it is determined that there is a material or manufacturing defect, the repair specialist will establish the options for repair or replacement, based on (1) the availability of replacement parts/product, and (2) the feasibility of repair. If it is determined that the damage is not a material or manufacturer defect, the After-Sales Repair Policy would be in effect, thus allowing you the option of having Raven Y. repair your piece at a cost to you.
Jewellery Care Recommendations
Jewellery is delicate in nature and would need to be handled with care and attention.

Remove it during certain activities, such as swimming, showering, or exercising. This can help prevent damage from exposure to moisture, heat, or sweat and avoid shock and damage to the jewellery. Pieces with stones should be protected from impact or bending, as stones are meticulously and precisely set, and may pop out of their settings if shifted in any way.

You can clean gold jewellery using a soft-bristled toothbrush and mild soap or jewelry cleaner. Gently brush the jewellery with the solution, rinse it thoroughly with water, and then pat it dry with a soft cloth. Should not be cleaned with an ultrasonic machine, as it may cause the stones to be brittle or crack.

When not wearing your jewellery, please store it a jewellery box or pouch. In addition to preventing dust accumulation, it can also prevent moisture in the air. Avoid placing diamonds jewellery with other jewellery, because their hardness will cause friction and scratches, so they should be stored separately.

Avoid contact with chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, and household cleaning products, which can damage or discolor the metal.

We will provide a free maintenance service for the product one time within six months from the date of purchase. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated.
This warranty does not cover
• any accident damages
• water damage, tarnishing or plating
• failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness
• failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc., alteration of the color on the leather)
Please note that our leather bracelets are made of natural leather. The appearance of pores, textures, and minor scars on the leather surface are all natural phenomena. Please be aware that due to the nature of the leather colours may transfer. We recommend that you keep your leather bracelet away from intense sunlight, heat and humidity to prolong its beauty. Exposure to water, oil and perfume will stain your leather bracelet. Over time the leather may darken and change in colour which is partly due to the oils from your skin and exposure to sunlight.

Most of our online orders are personalized products, they are tailor-made for you, it is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you are satisfied with your purchased item(s), please WhatsApp or email us within 7 days of receiving your package with your reason. If the reason is accepted, you will be able to exchange one time for other product(s) for the same or higher price. We only accept exchanges for unused jewellery with original packaging in perfect condition. Any item(s) that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed will not be accepted for exchange. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return and exchange.
For our rings we have a ring size guide for each item. Please use this to be sure that the size you are ordering is correct for you to avoid extra shipping costs with the returning items.
